Maintenance and Inspection Services

ELKV offers maintenance, inspection, and certification services to ensure assets are safe to operate and can withstand the test of time

  • Maintenance: The company is committed to keeping facilities safe and healthy at all times. This includes maintaining light and heavy-duty trucks from brands like Toyota, Renault, Ford, Mercedes Benz, and CAT.

  • Flange Management: Services include bolt torqueing, leak repair, and alignment.

  • Valve Maintenance: ELKV’s valve maintenance strategy is designed to make valves “look new”. They revamp and upgrade manual to automated valves and are connected to OEMs to ensure the use of correct parts.

  • Rotating Equipment: Services include installation, alignment, servicing, and condition monitoring.

Construction and Commissioning

Valve Maintenance

Our valve maintenance strategy (VMS) is second to none. We
make your valves look new. From manual to automated valves, we
revamp and upgrade them. We are also connected to OEMs to
ensure the right parts are used to refurbish and repair your valves.
We make you manual valve automated with the help of our
engineers on the machine shop, instrument and electronic
engineers we change things.

Recent Works
EPCC for drinking water and demineralized water upgrade project
ELKV carried out the pre-fabrication, including NUT and light, blasting and painting of the pre-fabricated pipe spools. The project is comprised of carbon steel, stainless & GRVE.
Location: Nigeria LNG Plant, Unit 4300, 4500 & 4600, March 2021 – Oct 2022, Rivers State
Revamp of Waste Heat Recovery Unit
ELKV carried out the revamp of waste heat recovery unit expansion joints both in the confined space and outside. All activities include scaffolding, insulation NDT and welding and fitting were carried by the EKV on schedule.
Location: Nigeria LNG Plant, Train 6, Turnaround Maintenance, October – November 2020 Rivers State
LNG loading/Debottlenecking & Robust Defrosting System
This project is aimed at increasing the loading capacity of the existing system and providing a more robust defrosting system. Other activities includes pneumatic test, scaffolding insulation and all were without any HSE incident.

Condensate Stabilization Unit Debottlenecking Project
Re-design, workshop for pre-fabrication and installation was done at the project. Other activities includes hydrostatic test, scaffolding insulation unit, September – November 2020 Rivers State

End Flush Stabilization Unit
Proven processes amongst experienced capable successful operational assurance activities and framework for turnarounds.
